Anna-Sofia B. Lehner

I was born in 1979 in a small village in the north-eastern part of Austria, a country in the middle of Europe. I was the youngest of five children growing up on a farm. At the age of 18 I moved to the capital, Vienna, and lived there for about 15 years. Later I was drawn overseas and lived in New Zealand for some years before I started working with the humanitarian organization “Doctors without borders” where I could develop valuable skills and experience different cultures and different settings.

From a very early age I was curious to know how people become who they are today. I was fascinated by the question of why different people make different choices and act in different ways. My psychotherapeutic work allows me to work with you so that we can search together for the clues. We can find out how the environment influenced you, how past experiences still affect the present and how you can succeed to minimize the pain and gain new perspectives.

In my spare time I like spend time in nature, read a good book, socialise or dance salsa.
